Santuario San Antonio for benchmarking
1. To build memorial crypts in a religious shrine overlooking Laguna Lake. The PTM will be religious devotees who flock to the shrine. On Good Friday, at least 200,000 visit the site. The site is a home to 3 images: St Michael the Archangel, Jesus Christ Redeemer, Our Lady of Good Voyage, Way of the Cross (15 stages) 4 shrines, 3 o clock habit with plenty of gardens, lush vegetations, pathwalks and gardens.
2. To offer memorial services in our chapels
3. To build a large one stop shop building with: crematorium, memorial services (embalming, casket display, bereavement chapels with family room) columbariums with some 10,000 units; commercial units for food and grocery, parking, and view deck to observe Laguna Lake and sunset. The building incorporates the best of Feng Shui - the 4 elements, earth wind, fire and water.
4. To finalize bp for a memorial plan company. It aims to consolidate all services (thus achieving one stop shop convenience), to really have a death plan for buyers, to lessen cost by consolidating. As pre need, the cost is cheaper (At need is +20% more expensive)
